Tear open tab to pull out bottom-most sachet and take out shower bomb.
Place shower bomb upright, on the shower floor or soap shelf, expose to light shower spray.
Once steam builds up, breathe in deeply through your nose, and out through your mouth.
For strong effects, massage onto palms and breathe in deeply.
Keep tablet dry in between uses.
